The
seeds for Art Bound Camp were planted
in the golden olden days . . .
almost 30 years ago when The Journal Lady®
was an *at home* mother.
Small groups of children would assemble
after school to create art and make crafts in the
theme of whatever holiday or special occasion
was being celebrated.
In 1996, when The New London Day newspaper
invited camps to list their activities (for free!),
The Journal Lady® decided to open her studio
to the public.
Mr. Journal Lady created a logo, and
The rest is HISTORY!
